Package Terms
The terms of the packages are simple: Once you sign up, you immediately get the package rate on any work done. Packages are billed monthly for a minimum of 3 months and can be canceled anytime after 3 months.

Our Maintenance Service is done in one of two ways:
- Standard: Maintenance requests are batched and completed at the beginning of the following week (note that those customers enrolled in our Web Site Maintenance Packages receive priority service)
- Urgent: Maintenance requests are completed as soon as they are received (additional per hour fee applies)
