Our No-Nonsense Guarantee™ is simple: if your web site produces any errors or has incompatibility issues (e.g. doesn't look right) in its first year, we will diagnose and fix the problem free of charge.

The Details
Errors are considered problems caused by web site coding and/or naming incompatibilities.
Incompatibility issues are considered problems caused by improper visual layout ('look') or functionality due to the browser being used to view the web site.
Bionex Multimedia specifies supported browsers in all proposals and, due the large volume of browser types and versions, the guarantee refers only to these browsers. For both Errors and Incompatibility issues above, the guarantee covers only problems directly related to the development of the web site by Bionex Multimedia. Any additions/changes to the web site not performed by Bionex Multimedia (or using a Bionex Multimedia approved interface) causing errors/incompatibility issues are not covered by this guarantee. Bionex Multimedia will evaluate all errors/incompatibility issues to determine if they qualify for repair under the guarantee.
The Bottom Line
The above essentially stipulates that, so long as the problem is our fault, we will fix it for free. If the problem is due to unsupported technology, or due to someone else changing the web site, then there may be a charge to fix it.
